Description
Diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes can have many great benefits, but they will not always help you achieve the lifted, rounded buttocks you desire. With a butt lift procedure, Dr. Kishinevsky can lift the buttocks to give you a more rounded, defined posterior. For the right patients, she can transfer fat from the abdomen or inner thighs to the buttocks to deliver more of a heart-shaped, attractive backside.

Here at Riverview Aesthetic Surgery, we perform the latest techniques in butt lifts. These patients have been suffering from the effects of gravity on their backside, and, depending on the patient, they may have loose skin in the flanks, in the lower abdomen, in the upper thighs, and loss of fullness and loss of shape of their buttocks. This causes self-consciousness. Patients are usually very frustrated that their workouts have not tightened the skin in their lower back or buttocks, and they can sometimes feel a little hopeless that nothing will help. A butt lift can dramatically improve the appearance of the backside.
We tailor the approach to the individual patient. Some patients will have a dramatic excess of loose skin. In those cases, the butt lift will involve trimming the skin and hiding the scar well within the lines of the bikini to achieve a tighter and more lifted rear-end. We will use their own fatty tissue, but lift it up gradually to get the hourglass look or the heart-shaped, lifted, Jennifer Lopez type of butt that they're looking for.
Some patients will want fat transfer to their buttocks. If they have a shortage of tissue in their butts, not a great deal of loose skin, but they're really looking for that heart-shaped, attractive butt that fills out their dresses, and makes them feel confident and secure. In addition to doing their squats and their weights, fat transfer from the abdomen, from the inner thighs, or from the outer thighs can dramatically improve the roundness, the fullness, and the curviness of their rear-end. We perform these surgeries safely and effectively, and following the latest techniques, and tailor the approach to meet the needs of the patient.
