42 year old woman undergoing right sided mastectomy for breast cancer. She was referred to our office by her breast surgeon in Bridgeport. She chose reconstruction with a pedicled TRAM flap in order to avoid using any foreign material and in case of the need for radiation, TRAM flaps do better than implants.
