The Botox eliminates fine lines and expression lines in the places that patients particularly want them gone which includes horizontal wrinkles on the forehead, the vertical 11 lines between the eyebrows, and the deep crow's feet that give patients a more aging look. It's very gratifying to see those lines disappear, and for patients to continue with excellent skin care techniques. Injectables such as Sculptra and Juvederm restore the natural soft tissue fullness that patients have that give a more youthful appearance to the face. Typically with age, we lose fat from our face. It tends to descend and we lose fat from our lips causing fine lines and creating a hollow appearance. Sculptra is a great injectable that lasts two and a half to three years and restores fullness to the cheekbones giving a mini lift or a liquid facelift, raising the eyebrows if they started to droop and eliminating creases around the chin. Juvederm and Voluma are great fillers to restore the fullness in the lips. We never do excessive injections to the lips. We don't have people leaving the office with duck lips or excessively full lips. But we do restore the pretty and attractive contour to the cupid's bow in the lower lip that patients are so desiring and have been looking forward to for a long time. With injectables, we never have patients look done or artificial. My goal is always to spend the time to make sure the patients leave here looking natural. For patients with dullness, discoloration, rosacea, and vessels on their face, we have the newest line of Cutera excel V laser that is the gold standard in removing facial veins, redness, brown spots, and dark spots. We also have the possibility of doing Laser Genesis which tightens the skin, warms up the soft tissue stimulating collagen development in the soft tissues without a significant amount of downtime or crusting or redness on the face. Patients typically walk out of a Laser Genesis treatment with softer, smoother skin, with more even skin tone and better texture. And many people use it for that red carpet glow, pre-wedding or special event. They can show up with a nice, healthy glow to their skin that's achieved with Laser Genesis. We also offer a full skincare line designed to help patients achieve tighter, healthier skin and reduce the risk of skin cancers. Our basic skin care line includes sunscreen, Retin-A for skin tightening, ways of lightening the dark spots. Many patients with melasma and dark circles under their eyes experience improved skin color, tone, and texture. And each skin care product is personally designed by me to improve patient's overall self-confidence and achieve that healthy glow.
